Hilton Concord Hotel

Nice hotel with its 24-hour reception, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool. I remember how the staff helped me with taxi tips on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a great experience!

My stay here was great. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a fairly nice area, short walk to restaurants and shopping establishments, shops, the shopping center. Marvellous breakfast, liked it with lots of food.

We requested an executive king room with beautiful view and were completely satisfied.

Diving into local eats, Yard House was my jam-great atmosphere and even better brews! The room was clean and the shower had insane water pressure. Perfect for a refresh after a day of exploring!

Check-in was so awkward. The staff member kept giving me weird looks, made my skin crawl. Plus, the restaurant felt way too formal for a chill evening. Still, the food was solid when I got hungry!

We booked two double bed room but the reception only give us one double bed room.

This hotel is very nice. With the new updated rooms, they are very pretty and the beds are awesome! Very spacious and perfect for the business traveler. My one and only suggestion would be to put a microwave in the room. There's a refrigerator but no microwave.

The valet service was excellent. Didn't have to wait at all, and they were very polite.

The reservation desk staff were not very friendly. Not even a thank you.

Room service quick but fairly average food wise, staff were very helpful & friendly re complimentary shuttles etc especially with regard to our small grandson, a cot provided, and the overall impression of the hotel was it was very clean and well run.

A bit more information about what else is "local/ happening " in the area from the front desk (other than the water world information) at check in.

great access to parks and shopping without the hassle

Even though the amenities were decent, the real highlight was the wonderful staff who went the extra mile to take care of us just like they did for us during our last minute visit after a rough night.

Hot tub, Dod Friendly, Great Restraunt.

shuttle picked us up from the BART station on a timely basis. Shuttle took us to Buchannan Field airport right on time.

Restaurant was closed on Sunday night, it was only around 8:30 PM.

Friendly staff helped with emergency essentials, but the air conditioning was too loud.

Room is spacious and very comfortable, bath is good sized also.

Restaurant is way too expensive.

We booked our room days in advance, but when we arrived late, as we expected to, we were given our room key and told nothing else. To our surprise we opened our door to find a conference room with a full- size SOFA bed.....no real bed in sight. We immediately called the front desk and was told they didn't realize it was a sofa bed and that there were no other beds available, even though we had a reservation days in advance. It was about as bad as a sofa bed could be.... no support, squeaked at every move, sloped downward....you get the picture. My husband had to sleep with his head at the foot of the bed to balance out me the other way. But, yes, they gave us "free breakfast and parking" and took $50 off our bill. We still paid a total of $120 for a horrible nights sleep.

The location near Concord was perfect for visiting family, only a short drive away. The hotel felt clean, and the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. The outdoor pool area looked inviting, and the fireplace setup was a nice touch for evening relaxation. At night, my room temperature was easily adjustable, and I loved having a mini fridge and coffeemaker at my disposal. I requested alternative bedding due to my allergy to down, and the blanket I received had noticeable burn holes and was quite worn out. It definitely shouldn't have been sent to my room. I found the lack of daily cleaning frustrating. I had to take care of it myself. It wasn't easy to get additional towels either. I asked six times and only got a couple for four of us to use. It seemed like I was drying off with my previously worn pajamas. The cleanliness in the lobby was a strong point, but more attention to room upkeep is needed.
